How to update record?

Hi, I'm Gary W P.

Hello. Much of my data posted in Navigating Care is incomplete or inaccurate. I get frequent emails indicating that my record has been updated with no indication of what has been changed wasting my time to search for it and finding nothing changed. How can I update my info and get some idea of what has changed when I get an email indicating something has been updated?

Not sure I’m still trying to figure that out,I talked with the office and they told me that new lab result will be posted after doctor’s go over it with me.

The only way I’ve been able to make changes is when I have an appt and am sent an email to fill out info before the appt. The website is https://www.navigatingcare.com/members//visit_wizard/start like if my name is John Doe, it goes to https://www.navigatingcare.com/members/johndoe/visit_wizard/start
