You would need to know the type of chemo as there are many. I had RCHOP and most symptoms were gone in 6 months. The most lingering symptom was neuropathy.

I, too, had a reaction during my IVIG infusion treatments. Along with slowing the infusion, I am giving a steroid prior to my infusion. No problems so far.
